Our assisted living team is led by Debbie, whose approach centres on dignity, respect and personalised attention. Care is tailored to each individual, supporting independence wherever possible, and our on-site healthcare centre is headed by Sr Wendy, the head nurse, supported by a dedicated team of enrolled nurses and carers who provide professional care and assistance to residents when needed.
Daily living support includes help with bathing, dressing and grooming, medication management and supervision, mobility assistance and careful monitoring of appetite, hydration and overall wellbeing. Every aspect of support is delivered with sensitivity and professionalism.
Beyond daily assistance, the team provides clinical oversight through ongoing health observation, coordination with doctors and specialists, and proactive adjustments as care needs evolve over time. Clear communication with families ensures transparency and partnership in decision-making.
